SPIN 360 promotes new business models for companies characterised by sustainability, innovation and progress.



The objective of our customer was (and is) to have reliable traceability data for a significant portion of its leather supply chain, until the country of farming of the animals. This involves the need to work with a multitude of suppliers.

Results achieved: We developed a system and a SW platform that allow us to collect monthly traceability data from 80+ suppliers, covering 90% of the overall volumes of leather purchased by the brands. KPIs are calculated and visualised using a specific BI solution.

Projects on traceability are currently running for multiple Luxury Brands.
