This week, SPIN360 had the opportunity to deliver a lecture at SDA Bocconi, titled “Supply Chain Innovation: Solutions for Industry 5.0.”
It was an important moment to connect with the Advanced Leadership Master’s students from Indian Institute of Management, Indore and demonstrate how sustainability and innovation are shaping the future of supply chains. During the lecture, we shared three case studies and discussed the role of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and sustainability in leather production.
We discussed various ways to promote sustainable practices through supply chain engagement, from our #LCA Simulator and #SMART Drum to circular strategies driving ecodesign solutions in the fashion industry.
